Basic Technical Requirements for pipeline as-built profil survey using modular inclinometer:
A) Site preparation Before Survey
1. The existing pipeline shall be properly flushed to clean and clear of all debris.
2. The flow within the pipeline shall be minimized or temporarily plugged at the both ends.
During the survey
1. Perform pipeline profile survey and inspection simultaneously.
2. Estimate variances by comparing the actual readings to a graph of a perfect pipe.
3. Generate and view graph in real-time (minimum software capacity of WinCan Mobile version or equivalent)
4. Display the following information:
a) The pipeline site and ID for each individual survey.
b) The survey date.
c) The distance footage for each time the survey is stopped or suspended.
B) Report
1. Graphs ( Inclination, % Gradient, Depth vs. Footage / Chainage )
2. Table displays the profile survey table.
C) Equipment
1. Resolution : 0.01 degree
2. Temperature : +/-0.025 degree of inclination
